How To

Do you see other parents using woven wraps and wish you could carry your baby with one? Do you get confused trying to figure out how to use this long piece of cloth? These videos are a fantastic place to start! Remember, you will get frustrated. You will sweat. Your arms might even burn. But, you will get this! And it will be a lifesaver.

Front Wrap Cross Carry (FWCC) - this is a great carry to learn for those new to woven wraps. It is perfect for newborns and toddlers alike. Please learn your front carries, and be very familiar with them, before you move on to back carries. Mastering the front carry will help you to understand how your rails pass over each other and how to adjust and properly tighten these passes. Be sure to practice with a spotter, someone who can watch and ensure your baby is safe, during the learning process.

Ring Sling - Ring slings are often purchased because they appear to be so much easier than a woven wrap. In my opinion, they have a big learning curve but once you get past that curve they are amazing! I love ring slings and use them all the time especially with younger babies. Practice, practice, practice!

Kangaroo Carry - this is an excellent carry for newborns and smaller babies. You can use it for as long as it is comfortable. Remember, it will take time to master this carry. Practice makes perfect!
