Will you ship internationally?
Yes! Contact us for a quote if the item is an in-stock item shipping from our shop. If the item is a pre-order that has not yet shipped from the manufacturer, your wrap or ring sling can be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. This will avoid delays and extra shipping charges.
Is the deposit on pre-orders non-refundable even if the design doesn't go into production?
No. If a design fails to meet the minimum quantity to weave (something that we try very, very hard to avoid), all deposits will be refunded.
Do you accept returns:
Our policy lasts 15 days from date of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed and return shipping is to be paid by the customer. *this does not apply to pre-orders
What can be returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any returned item must not have been washed, worn, used, stained, or damaged in any way. Item must be in original/brand new condition. Item must be returned by original customer.
What can't be returned?
All custom-made/exclusive orders are final and returns will not be accepted on these items. This includes wraps designed and woven exclusively for Old Fashioned Girl Modern Mama. No returns will be granted on second quality or as-is items.
Do you do exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, however due to the limited release of many of our products, an exchange for an exact replacement may not be possible. Shipping and restocking fees apply.
Can OFGMM refuse to do business with a customer?
Yes. OFGMM has every right to refuse to do business with any customer. This is handled on a case by case basis. In very rare cases it is possible that monies will be refunded to customers. This usually happens in case of scams.
